It's hard to say, because there are many number of reasons for this.
I suggest the following: - Go to your computer's Control Panel - Remove the MoHAAS.net tool completely - Go to the folder C:/Users/youraccuont/AppData/Local/Apps/2.0 and remove all content* - Go to mohaas.net/download/setup.exe and download setup.exe to your computer - Start the tool by setup.exe
* AppData is a hidden folder, so you have to unhide it first.
