I have win xp, netframework 4.0 re installing.. and i haven't server on list.. only red bar...

Do you have a firewall/antivirus blocking the tool?

Sorry for the delayed answer, but...
While the MoHAAS.net tool aims to support Windows XP, we definitely recommend to update your operating system to Windows 7 or above! Let me remind you that Windows XP is no longer supported by Microsoft and therefore it's not safe to use anymore!
It is likely that your problem has something to do with Windows XP, as the tool designers do not have as much testing data from Windows XP as they do from newer Windows versions (7, 8, 10). We will look into the issue and make tests on XP as well, but definitely you should update your operating system.
