List of all current GameSpy listed servers

Can someone give me a list of all GameSpy listed servers:
- AA Demo
- AA
- SH Demo
- SH
- BT Demo
- BT

I know it is a lot of work, but the idea is that we include all servers to our
tool and keep them in the list as long as they are alive.

The list should be in plain text and sorted correctly (for example, no Demo
servers in the list of SH full etc.).

Could someone do that for me?

Important: I need the correct IP and Port, not GameSpy port!

I have a list of Gamemonitor servers if you have any use for them. Firstly, I tried grabbing the data from Gametracker but here some of the ports were invalid, at least for 2A servers. Then I moved onto Gamemonitor and here these servers were perfectly fine.
