What is your country? Connection speed? Computer specs?

Let us know your PC ID from the tool (see mohaas-> server administration),
so we can investigate further.

yes there's no any problem with open the tool ,

the problem , that when i join any server , play for a few moment then i get auto redirect to another server like u saw in the Photo, ! help me plz , i cant play a full map
