Cant instal the tool WHY??

Hi Folks..
i can instal the mohaasnetclient tool , i get a fail

this is the problem i think is the net.framwork 4.5

Can you check if you have .NET Framework installed?

If not, can you try to install it manually? You can download it directly
from Microsoft:
