First minor update released

Yesterday evening we have released a minor update to the tool.

This update includes now an rcon interface which lets you use
the tool like the ingame console.

Further planned features that will be released soon are:
- Server administration helpers by the tool
- Set ingame settings (name, display resolution, password) by the tool
