If you reinstall the tool maybe it will fucked up again your game.
Did you try what I told you ? (delete unnamedsoldier.cfg in your MOHAA folder?)

I cant play with that resolution terrible also my colours are dark in the game now
If you cant do anything on the resolution many players have a problem and will not use the tool.

To Elroy, make sure your unnamedsoldier.cfg is read only so it will not change! if you dont use the tool you just can play "normal" again and your game will not screw up by the tool.

The newest tool version (updated a few hours ago) has an option
"do not use the tool settings", then you can use whatever you
like as before.
