Can't Install Tool

My PC recently suffered a harddrive crash which has forced me to reinstall Windows 7 and all my software. Unfortunately, every time I try to reinstall MOHAAS.NET tool I keep getting the following error:

"Component Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (x86 and x64) has failed to install with the following error message:
"A failure occurred attempting to install the .NET Framework 4 Full."

The following components failed to install:
- Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (x86 and x64)

Nevermind, I'm an idiot. It all had to do with the darn windows update again that automatically installed itself.
