Everyone is always in shark mode when not moving?

Hey sorry if this is the wrong place to post, I've just started back on this game (love it mate), the problem is on my game everyone is in a sharking position (aka land sharking) when they're stood still, and possibly when they're crouch-walking? Anyone know why this is and how to fix it?

I also had this in the past, only fix for me was clean reinstall. Not sure what causes this sharking problem.

This game version doesnt need to be installed. So yes, you can
uninstall your current version, and simply unzip the linked file
and run the game.
