Spread the word. Everywhere. This is what you can do:
- Change your server hostname variable to "YOURSERVER | download app.mohaas.net now!"
- Add in-game messages. Tell your players that the serverlist is going to be down and they can download a great program from mohaas.net
- Tell your players by yourself. People are lazy, they will not find out without you!
- Make announcements on your page, forum, server, facebook page, etc.
This is what we have done:
- Created a first simple version of our app
- Started a website, forum and community on mohaas.net
- Started 150 game servers showing a message as server name to get players to join our forum
The app should be working in Windows XP or later. Please note that some
Windows or anti-virus protection tools may try to prevent you from installing
it. In case you cannot install the app, contact us for help.
We are currently integrating more features into the app. Core features should
be the serverlist and a chat. Also, there will be detailed stats on the servers of
the clans from our community.
The app is checking for updates at every launch. You do not have to do anything
except running the app if you want update it.
